First, place one foot on the footboard and push off with your other foot. Then, place both feet on the footboard and maintain your balance. Next, gently squeeze the throttle to accelerate. We recommend riding at a constant speed and never accelerating or braking abruptly. Note: the e-scooter will only start moving under its own power when it is in roll mode and has reached a speed of 5 km/h.

This NAVEE e-scooter is suitable for people aged 16 to 50 with a height of 120 cm to 200 cm; the maximum load is 120 kg. Riding after drinking alcohol is prohibited; also do not ride when you have used substances that may affect your judgment.

When you squeeze the brake lever or release the throttle to coast while riding, energy recovery is activated. Part of the kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy, which is stored and reused. Energy recovery extends the range and simultaneously provides braking action. For first-time use, we recommend the "weak" setting. After connecting to the NAVEE app, scroll to the bottom of the product's main screen; there you can set the intensity of the energy recovery. The default setting is "weak," but you can choose from three levels: "weak," "medium," and "strong."

Each model has its own range; you can find this in the corresponding manual. The stated range is typically measured with a full battery charge, no wind, a temperature of 25 °C, at a constant speed of 15 km/h on a flat road, and a load of 75 kg. The actual range may vary depending on load, ambient temperature, wind speed, road surface, tire pressure, the number of battery charging cycles, driving mode, and your driving style (e.g., abrupt acceleration and braking).

The unique QR code of the e-scooter is required to connect to the NAVEE app. You can find the code as follows: connect to the app and on the main screen, go to [More functions] - [Settings] - [Vehicle QR code]. Display the QR code and save a screenshot. The QR code is also on the sticker on the back of the display, on the right side of the footboard, and at the back of the manual.

Once you enable the lock in the NAVEE app, the e-scooter will enter motor lock and automatically shut down after 24 hours. The motor will remain locked when the e-scooter is restarted. If you push the e-scooter while it is locked, an alarm will sound via the display and the buttons will be deactivated. This feature cannot completely prevent theft; so keep a close eye on your e-scooter. The lock function consumes battery power; therefore, use this function judiciously.
