First, place one foot on the pedal, extend the other foot backwards, place both feet on the footplate, balance yourself, and lightly press the throttle to accelerate. It is recommended to ride at a constant speed and never accelerate or brake suddenly. Please note: the e-scooter will only start when it is in glide mode and has reached a speed of 5 km/h.

NAVEE V Series e-scooters are suitable for people aged 16 to 50 with a height of 120 cm to 200 cm; the maximum load capacity is 120 kg. Riding after consuming alcohol is prohibited; do not ride if you have used substances that may affect your judgment.

Double-tap the power button to switch between riding modes. The maximum speed in pedestrian mode is 6 km/h, in standard mode (D) 20 km/h, and in sport mode (S) 25 km/h. Do not switch riding modes while the scooter is in motion. Please note: Depending on country-specific regulations, the maximum speed of modes D and S may differ from what is described above. For more information, please consult local laws and regulations.

When you use the brake lever while riding or release the throttle to coast, energy recovery is activated and some of the kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy, which is stored and reused. Energy recovery can increase the range and simultaneously provides a braking effect. For first-time use, it is recommended to set the level to "low". After connecting to the Navee app, scroll down on the product's main screen. There you can set the strength of the energy recovery. The default setting is "low", but you can choose from three levels: low, medium, and high.

Each model has a different range, which you can find in the respective user manual. However, the usual range is typically measured with a full charge, no wind, at a temperature of 25°C, at a constant speed of 15 km/h on a flat road and with a load of 75 kg. The actual range may vary depending on the load, ambient temperature, wind speed, road surface, tire pressure, number of charging cycles, riding mode, and user riding habits (e.g., sudden acceleration and braking), etc.

The vehicle's unique QR code is needed to connect to the NAVEE app. You can obtain this QR code as follows: after connecting to the app, go to the app's home screen/main screen: [More functions], [Settings], [Vehicle QR code], display the QR code, and save a screenshot. The vehicle's QR code can be found on the sticker at the back of the dashboard, on the right side of the footplate, and on the back of the instruction manual.

After activating the locking switch in the NAVEE App, the vehicle will enter the motor lock state and automatically switch off after 24 hours. The motor will remain locked when restarted. If you push the vehicle in a locked state, an alarm will sound on the dashboard and the vehicle's buttons will be disabled. This feature cannot prevent vehicle theft, so please pay close attention to your vehicle. Using the locking feature drains the scooter's battery, so use this feature sparingly.
