Warning: fraudulent webshops

Unfortunately, there are several fraudulent websites active that pose as official NAVEE points of sale and defraud customers. These websites often use the NAVEE logo, product photos, and texts, and lure visitors with extremely low prices.

Official sales channels

In the Benelux, NAVEE products can only be purchased through:

• naveetech.nl - the official NAVEE webshop for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, operated by ADVALDI (trade name of MOEVS Agency B.V.);
• dealers and well-known retailers recognized by us.

Internationally, www.naveetech.com, www.naveetech.us, www.naveetech.de, and www.naveetech.fr, among others, are official NAVEE websites.

How to recognize a fraudulent webshop

• Prices that are too good to be true (e.g., 70% discount on new models).
• Missing or incorrect company details: no Chamber of Commerce number, no address, or only a contact form.
• Only prepayment via bank transfer is possible, without common payment methods.
• Poor or automatically translated language use and very recently registered domain names.

What to do if you have been scammed

1. Immediately contact your bank and ask if the payment can be reversed (chargeback).
2. Do not send additional money and do not share additional personal data.
3. File a report with the police and report the website to Fraudehelpdesk (fraudehelpdesk.nl).
