Specifications according to NAVEE's official spec sheet. Nominal power and top speed vary by country due to local legislation; the factory setting for the EU version is stated above. The range is measured under ideal conditions with a 75 kg rider on flat terrain and varies in practice with weight, surface, temperature, and riding style.

Have questions? We have the Navee answers.

Try switching off the e-scooter via the app. If it switches off correctly that way, then the on/off switch is defective and the display needs to be replaced.

  1. Check if the on/off button under the display springs back properly.
  2. Connect the charger to the scooter. The display should automatically turn on and show the charging status. If this does not happen, check the connection between the display and the main control unit for any damage. Replace damaged parts if necessary.
  3. Connect the charger to the scooter and charge it for 30 minutes. If the scooter still cannot be switched on afterwards, disassemble the handlebar and check if any pins in the handlebar cable connector are bent. If so, carefully straighten the pins with tweezers and reconnect the cable.

1. First, connect to the e-scooter via the Navee app and check the battery temperature (the permitted temperature range for charging is between 0°C and 45°C). If the battery temperature is outside this range, bring the scooter indoors and let it rest there for at least 30 minutes before trying to charge again. If the device still cannot be charged afterwards, the battery may be defective and needs to be replaced. If, however, charging returns to normal, the scooter is working properly and the problem is resolved.
2. Plug the charger into a power outlet without connecting it to the scooter and check the status of the charging indicator light:
a. If the charger's light is continuously red or not lit at all, the charger is defective and needs to be replaced.
b. If the charger's light is continuously green, the problem may lie with the scooter's battery or charging circuit; in that case, the battery or charging cable may need to be replaced.

1. Fully charge the scooter.

2. Check the tire pressure and ensure it matches the required values (for tubeless tires: 45 psi; for tires with inner tubes: 50 psi; check the tire itself for exact values).

3. Check the braking force. Lift the front and rear wheels and check that they rotate smoothly and without excessive resistance.

4. Ride the scooter on a flat surface with a fully charged battery and a constant speed of 15 km/h (standard test speed for nominal range) and record the distance traveled.

(Nominal range: measured with a 75 kg rider, 25 °C ambient temperature, flat surface, no wind, and a constant speed of 15 km/h. Actual range may vary depending on rider weight, temperature, speed, wind, road conditions, and riding style. Higher speeds reduce range, and low winter temperatures reduce the discharge capacity of the lithium battery, which also reduces range.)
5. Cold winter temperatures significantly affect the discharge capacity of the lithium battery. Below 0 °C, the usable battery capacity can drop to 70% of the total capacity or less (the lower the temperature, the greater the decrease).

6. Other factors affecting range include: riding speed, rider weight, road conditions, riding style (frequent acceleration and braking), wind speed, tire pressure, and brakes that are set too tight.

1. Lift the wheel off the ground and spin it to check for any unusual noises or stiffness.
2. Check the fender and its mounting for any deformations or impact damage that may have been caused by loose screws.
3. Check the front fork, rear fork, and swing arm for cracks or deformations, and ensure all screws are properly tightened.

1. It is normal for the motor to produce electromagnetic noise at high speeds.
2. After switching off the motor, lift the wheel with the motor and turn it by hand to check for unusual noises or resistance. Check the mudguard and its attachment for deformations or contact that may have been caused by loose screws. If no abnormalities are found, the problem may lie with the motor itself.
